- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add yogurt, orange juice and zest. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. , Pour into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cover loosely with foil if top browns to quickly. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack to cool completely. , For glaze, combine confectioners' sugar and enough orange juice to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled bread.
