Oven Crusty Fish image

Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and even fish haters will love this dish. An added bonus is it's easy and quick to make.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 egg
1 Tbsp water
3/4 tsp tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 lb fish fillets (flounder, halibut, etc.)
1 c corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Combine egg, water, Tabasco sauce and salt, beat until well blended. Dip fish fillets in egg mixture.
  • 2. Coat generously with corn flake crumbs.
  • 3. Place on foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
