Oven Denver Omelet image

Easy peasy to make yet so delicious! What an easy way to make omelets for several people at one time. A little hot sauce on top really sets them off! Put some between two slices of toast for a great egg sandwich!

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 eggs
1/2 c half and half
1 c cheddar cheese
1 c finely chopped ham
1/4 c chopped green or red pepper
1/4 c finely chopped onion

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy. Stir in cheese, ham, green pepper and onion. Pour into a 9 inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes our until golden Brown.
