Oven Loaded Turkey Melts image

This is a delicious recipe to use up any leftover turkey from the holidays! You can also make this using deli-sliced turkey. I have use provolone cheese in place of the mozza cheese. You can prepare these melts hours in advance, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to bake.

I'm not a big fan of turkey melts, but I have to admit that these were pretty good. The bread was nice and crispy and the cheese was gooey.
