Panko crusted Pork Cube Steak image

This is a wonderful alternative to pork chops!

**pork cube steak
**panko bread crumbs
**olive oil
**mrs. dash original blend or your favorite seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Rub both sides of pork cube steaks with olive oil and coat with panko bread crumbs. In a non stick skillet drizzle a little olive oil in and over med heat lightly brown each side of pork steak.
  • 2. Remove and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 375° for about 25-30 min.
