Papa Travis' Hot Dog Chili image

This recipe came from Dorn's Ice Cream Parlor from back in the 1930's. It is still used today in McCormick, SC at a little cafe, where it was originated. They even sell it by the quart, if you want to take it home with you. Every time I've made it, everyone raves. Enjoy!!

This chili is amazing! It's got the perfect balance of spices and heat. I served it over hot dogs, but it would also be great on nachos or spaghetti.
