Parmesan Ranch Mushrooms (slow cooker recipe) image

Buttery-herby-cheesey mushrooms are a great accompaniment to roasts, steaks or other grilled meats. Or if you really love mushrooms....all by themselves!! Plus this method couldn't be simpler. PICTURE TO FOLLOW! recipe slightly adapted from: http://richestoragsbydori.blogspot.com

16 oz small/medium button or crimini mushrooms
1 stick unsalted butter
1 pkg (2 tbsp)hidden valley ranch mix
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Brush/wipe mushrooms clean, trimming bottom of stems if needed. If you have large mushrooms cut them in half, or quarters. Drop into a crock pot.
  • 2. In a small pan, melt the butter and whisk in the Ranch dressing mix. Pour over the mushrooms. Sprinkle Parmesan over top.
  • 3. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours. Serve as desired! YUM!
