Parmesan Thyme Potato Wedges image

Thyme and parmesan cheese kicks up the flavor of these baked potato wedges. I have recently started using 1/2 thyme, and 1/2 rosemary as my herbs, and I think it tastes even better than with just thyme. Goes great with almost any meal and easy to prepare.

I'm not a big fan of thyme, but I still enjoyed these potato wedges. The Parmesan cheese and crispy texture made up for it.

I didn't have any thyme on hand, so I used rosemary instead. It was still delicious!

These potato wedges were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less Parmesan next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my potato wedges didn't turn out as crispy as I would have liked. Maybe I didn't cook them long enough?
