Steps:
- Preparar el relleno: Si se va a preparar con carne cortada a cuchillo, se corta en pequeños trozos la carne. Luego se coloca en un escurridor se le tira agua hervida por encima para cocinarla y desgrasarla. En una sartén se coloca una cucharada de aceite, cuando está caliente se agrega la cebolla picada, los ajos y el ají morrón. Se deja cocinar hasta que se empiece a dorar, en ese momento se le agrega el tomate picado, se revuelve y se le agrega la carne, la sal, el ají molido y el pimentón. Si se desea se le adicionan aceitunas en pedacitos y una cuchara de pasas de uva. Preparar el puré: Cocinar las papas con cáscara o el zapallo en el microndas para que no retenga mucha agua. Hacer el puré, poniendo las papas (o zapallo) pisados en una olla y agregarle la manteca y la leche mientras se da vueltas con una cuchara o batidor. Se retira del fuego y se le agregan los condimentos (sal, pimienta y nuez moscada). Cuando se enfría un poco se le agrega el huevo. Preparar el pastel: En una fuente enmantecada de tamaño cuadrado se coloca la mitad del puré, luego todo el relleno de carne, luego los huevos duros cortados en rodajas, y finalmente la última capa de puré. Se esparce queso rallado tipo parmesano y se lleva al horno mediano aproximadamente 20 minutos o hasta que el puré esté gratinado
