Peach Cobbler image

I wanted to make my Sour Cream Peach Pie, which is on this site, and I just didn't feel like rolling out pie crust. I made up this recipe and luckily wrote down just what I did. Enjoy!!

Number Of Ingredients 15

DOUGH
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 c all purpose flour
3/4 c milk
MIX THE DRY INGREDIENTS, ADD MILK AND STIR. USING HALF OF THE DOUGH, PLACE IN DOLLOPS IN A 9X13 GREASED PAN. THEN ADD THE SLICED PEACHES.
6 c peaches
IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX:
16 oz sour cream
1/2 c milk
2/3 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
POUR THIS MIXTURE OVER THE PEACHES. PLACE THE REMAINING DOUGH IN DOLLOPS AS THE LAST LAYER.

Steps:

  • 1. Bake 1 hour at 350.
