Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread image

Peanut butter and banana, you can't find a better combination, add the chocolate chips and you will be in heaven!!

1/2 c butter softened
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
3/4 c smooth peanut butter
2 over ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c all purpose flour
3/4 c chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2. Lightly grease a 5x9 in. loaf pan.
  • 3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  • 4. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
  • 5. Add peanut butter, bananas and cream together.
  • 6. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt and slowly beat into wet mixture.
  • 7. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into prepared pan.
  • 8. Bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in center of loaf, comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack and cool.
