Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly until stiff. Fold in peanut butter until just mixed.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Remove from the cookie sheet at once and cook completely on racks.
