I love the combination of flavors in this salad. The pears are sweet and juicy, the prosciutto is salty and savory, and the blue cheese adds a nice tang. The dressing is also very good.

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a more savory dressing. Other than that, the salad was very good. The pears were ripe and juicy, and the prosciutto di Parma was delicious.
