Pear & Walnut Rice Salad image

This comes together very quickly as I make the rice the night before when making dinner and then just set out to bring back to room temp. Best served at room temp.

I'm allergic to walnuts. Can I substitute another nut?

This salad is a bit bland. It needs something more to give it flavor.

I'm not a big fan of pears, but this salad sounds delicious. I might try it with apples instead.

This salad was just okay. The flavors didn't really come together for me. I think it needed something else, maybe a different dressing or some more spices.

Yum! This salad is a great way to use up leftover rice. I added some diced chicken and crumbled feta cheese, and it was a complete meal. Will definitely be making this again.

Easy to make and absolutely delicious! I've made this salad twice now and it's been a hit both times. The dressing is light and tangy, and the pears and walnuts add a nice crunch. I highly recommend it!

This recipe was a hit at my dinner party! The combination of sweet pears, crunchy walnuts, and fluffy rice was divine. I added a bit of extra lemon juice to brighten up the flavors, and it was perfect.
