Number Of Ingredients 11

1 TBS Cornstarch
1/4 C water
1/4 C Corn Syrup
2 TBS Soy Sauce
2 TBS Sherry or Chook Broth
1 Clove Minced Garlic (more)
1/4 tsp ground ginger (more)
Small green Capsicum in 1" pieces
2 TBS Canola Oil
1# Prawns
1 Tomato in wedges

Steps:

  • Combine corn starch & water Mix in next five ingredients and set aside Stir fry capsicum in oil (3-4 min) Add prawns and stir fry (3-4 min) Add reserved mixture, bring to a boil, and simmer to thicken Add tomato wedges Rice/noodles
