This is a great recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I used whole wheat penne and added some chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce. It was a hit with my kids!

This dish was delicious! I used a mix of white and shiitake mushrooms, and added a bit of garlic to the sauce. The cabbage cooked down nicely and added a slight sweetness to the dish.

This dish was a little bland for my taste. I added some crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce and it helped a lot. I also think it would be good with some grated Parmesan cheese on top.
