I'm not a big fan of pepperoni, but I thought these pinwheels were delicious. The sweetness of the peppers balanced out the saltiness of the pepperoni perfectly.

I had some trouble getting the pinwheels to stay rolled up. I think I needed to use more cheese to help them stick together.

These pepperoni pinwheels were a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I'll try using less butter next time.
