Persian Herb and Cheese image

This is a very interesting Persian starter dish or side dish. Feel free to add different veggies such as cucumbers and radishes.

3 green onions, quartered
1 sprig basil
1 sprig tarragon
1 sprig mint
1 sprig cilantro
4 pita breads, quartered
3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
ΒΌ cup unsalted butter, softened

Steps:

  • Arrange green onions, basil, tarragon, mint, and cilantro on a serving platter next to pita. Place feta cheese and butter in separate small serving dishes.
