I'm not a huge fan of pesto, but I really liked this dressing. The buttermilk mellows out the flavor of the pesto, making it more palatable for me.

This dressing is a great way to use up leftover pesto. I always have a jar of pesto in my fridge, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use it in besides just pasta.

I was a bit skeptical about the combination of pesto and buttermilk, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they paired together. The dressing was creamy and flavorful, with a nice balance of tanginess and sweetness.

I love that this recipe uses buttermilk, which gives it a slightly tangy flavor that really complements the pesto. I also like that it's made with Greek yogurt, which makes it a bit healthier than traditional pesto dressings.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. The dressing was thick and creamy, with a bright, herbaceous flavor from the pesto. I used it on a salad with grilled chicken and vegetables, and it was delicious.
