Philly Turkey Panini image

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 slices rye or pumpernickel bread, 1/2 inch thick
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked deli turkey
4 slices (1 ounce each) mozzarella cheese
1 medium green bell peppers, cut into rings

Steps:

  • Spread one side of each bread slice with margarine. Place 4 bread slices margarine sides down top with turkey, cheese and bell pepper.
