This is a good coffee cake just change it up with your favorite pie filling.

Steps:
- 1. Mix butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in your mixer until you have a blended fine crumb texture to your mix.
- 2. Reserve a 1/2 cup of crumb mixture aside for topping. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl and add to first mixture and stir just until moistened.
- 3. Spread into a 9x13 buttered pan. Top with pie filling of your choice. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
