I saw this recipe on Facebook and LOVE IT! Very simple to make. (The photo came from the post as well)

Steps:
- 1. Mix crushed pineapple with juice, instant pudding and coconut.
- 2. Fold in Cool Whip.
- 3. Cream together cream cheese and sugar in separate bowl.
- 4. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the fruit mixture; chill.
