Pineapple Coconut Popsicles image

This is so simple and quick, yet yummy and healthy! A 3 ingredient recipe that adults and children alike will love! The number of servings depends on the size of your popsicle moulds.

1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute

Steps:

  • Mix the ingredients together, stirring to blend in the splenda.
  • Taste and add more splenda if desired.
  • Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for several hours or overnight. Serve cold and enjoy!
