One yummy pie! I've been making versions of this forever it seems. It's great cold too, so makes for a great picnic or potluck. Sometimes I change the meats, but this version is my families favorite! It's also great to serve for brunch! Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a skillet, brown sausage, onion and pepper. Breaking apart sausage as it cooks. Drain if needed. In a large bowl, beat eggs and mix in, milk, seasonings, flour. Making sure there are no lumps of flour.
- 2. In the bottom of pie crust, add the cooked sausage mixture. Next, half the cheese ans pepperoni. Pour egg mixture over this and sprinkle with remaining cheese and pepperoni.
- 3. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. I let set up for a few minutes, then cut and serve.
