This was my first time poaching salmon and it turned out great! The fish was moist and flaky, and the sauce was creamy and flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.

Not bad, but not great. The salmon was a bit overcooked and the sauce was a little bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

The salmon was a bit dry, but the sauce was tasty. I think I'll try cooking it for a shorter amount of time next time.
