Pomegranate Punch image

This pomegranate punch is a sweet-tart elixir amped up with ginger and apricot nectar. Add a neutral spirit like vodka, if desired, and serve it alongside an appetizer with a rich pastry crust, like this Alsatian Potato Pie.

This punch was a bit too strong for my taste. I would recommend using less vodka or adding more fruit juice to dilute it.

This punch was a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar or adding some tart fruit juice to balance out the sweetness.
