This was made for me by My friend Caddy when we visited on the spur of the moment. She threw everything together and we went to the zoo for a few hours. Came back to a wonderful dinner that my picky brats actually loved.

This lasagna is a bit too heavy for me. I prefer a lighter lasagna with more vegetables and less cheese.

I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese, so I used ricotta cheese in the filling instead. The lasagna turned out great. The ricotta cheese made the filling creamy and delicious.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made this lasagna without the meat. It was still delicious. I used a variety of vegetables in the filling, like spinach, mushrooms, and zucchini. I also added some extra cheese to make up for the lack of meat.

This lasagna was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it would have been better with a more flavorful sauce. Also, the cottage cheese filling was a bit too runny.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. The cottage cheese filling is a great way to add creaminess and protein to the lasagna. I also like to add some cooked vegetables, like spinach or zucchini, to the filling.
