Poor Man's Lasagna image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 lb hamburger
1 jar(s) (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 lb box velveeta
9 lasagna noodles

Steps:

  • 1. Brown hamburger and drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and simmer while the noodles are cooking.
  • 2. Heat water in a large pasta pan to boiling. Put in lasagna noodles and cook according to the package directions. While the noodles and hamburger are cooking, slice up the Velveeta.
  • 3. In a 2 quart dish, arrange alternate layers of sauce, lasagna noodles and cheese. Cover dish with foil. Bake in a 350ยบ oven for 30 minutes.

I think this recipe could be improved by using a different type of cheese. I'm not a big fan of mozzarella.
