I'm not a big fan of red wine, so I used white wine instead. The dish still turned out great.

I'm allergic to mushrooms, so I substituted them with chopped carrots and celery. The dish was still very flavorful and delicious.

I accidentally used regular mushrooms instead of porcini mushrooms. The dish still turned out great, but I'm sure it would have been even better with the porcini mushrooms.

I found that the recipe needed a little more salt and pepper. Other than that, it was a great recipe.

The sauce was a little too oily for my taste, but overall this dish was still very good.
