I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, but I really enjoyed this pasta. The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly.

This pasta is a great way to use up leftover mushrooms. I had a few porcini mushrooms that were starting to go bad, and this recipe was the perfect way to use them up.
