Steps:
- In large skillet, add butter & stir until melted. Add chops and cook on high for 6 minutes each side. Squeeze lemon over chops to flavor then remove & set aside. Add wine, partsley, raisins and cheese and cook on low until creamy. Taste for salt & pepper abd serve over chops with extra parsely.
