The saltiness of the chips gives these cookies a unique flavor. I'm guessing at the number of cookies it made, but I honestly don't remember--it could be more than 2 dozen.

These potato chip cookies were a hit! They were crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The potato chips added a nice salty flavor that balanced out the sweetness of the cookie. I would definitely make these again.
