This is my go-to recipe for potatoes nicoise. It's always a crowd-pleaser, and it's so easy to make. I usually double the recipe because it disappears so quickly!

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover potatoes. I had some mashed potatoes from the night before, and I simply formed them into patties and cooked them according to the recipe. They were a hit!

I was disappointed with this recipe. The potatoes were bland and the sauce was watery. I won't be making it again.

A bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of salt next time.

I love how versatile this recipe is. You can easily switch up the vegetables or the sauce to create a different flavor profile. I've tried it with roasted red peppers and a creamy mushroom sauce, and both were equally delicious.

The potatoes nicoise came out great! I made a few minor adjustments to the recipe, like using a different type of cheese, but overall it was delicious. I'll be making it again for sure.

I followed the recipe to a T, but my potatoes didn't come out as crispy as I would have liked. Not sure what went wrong, but I'll try again soon and see if I can get it right.

I must say, this recipe is a keeper! The potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a burst of flavor in every bite. I added a bit of garlic and paprika for an extra kick, and it turned out divine. Definitely making this again
