Powderhorn Potatoes Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

10 med potatoes or 1 large bag frozen
hash browns
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c melted butter
2 T chopped green onions
2 C sour cream
Salt & Pepper

Steps:

  • 350 Potatoes: Bake & cool overnight. Grate. Hash brown; microwave until soft. Mix potatoes with remaining ingredients. Put into greased casserole. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Optional; diced green chiles.
