This was very tasty but somehow gave me a bad headache. Maybe I used fruit that was too ripe.

This gave me such a bad stomachache! I think I might've used bad fruit.

I don't think I would make this again. It was way too time-consuming to make.

The instructions weren't super clear. I think it would've been helpful to know what kind of coconut flakes to use.

It was just OK. I've made other smoothies that were much better.

I think it needed something. Maybe some honey or some vanilla extract. It just seemed a little bland.

Very refreshing and nutritious. I've been adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder to up the protein content.

I made this for my pregnant wife. She's been really craving fruits so I thought this would be a healthy way to help her satisfy that craving.

My kids loved these smoothies. They're so used to having sugary cereals in the morning that I was worried they wouldn't like something so healthy, but they both went back for seconds!

This smoothie was a refreshing and nutritious addition to my day! The combination of sweet strawberries and tangy banana was perfect, and the addition of coconut flakes added a bit of texture and healthy fat.
