Steps:
- In a large saute pan, saute 1/2 cup of prosciutto, 2 scallions, a clove of garlic and 1/2 cup of tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil. simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, drain olive oil and add 2 tablespoons of butter and a cup of heavy cream. Reduce halfway and add a 1/4 cup of grated parmigiano reggiano and salt and pepper to taste, reduce heat to low and add 6 ounces of cooked fettucine pasta to the sauce and serve immediately. (Peas optional-add with heavy dream)
