Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350. Mix cake mix as directed on the box.
- 2. Stir in apple chunks and cinnamon chips. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
- 3. Cook for about 40-45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes in pan, then turn out onto serving platter.
- 4. Melt caramel with water in microwave until pouring/drizzling consistency. Pour over cooled cake.
