PUMPKIN CRUNCH PIE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350'. Line 9x13 pan with waxpaper. pour mix into pan. sprinkle over mix 1 box yellow cake mix 2 cps pecans or walnuts chopped 1 c melted butter pour over cake mix and nuts. Bake 50 - 60 minutes. cool, invert pan and remove wax paper. When completely cool frost with a mix of.. 1 8 oz soft cream cheese 1/2 c powdered sugar 1 8 oz cool whip Enjoy!
