I took the base of this recipe from a recipe for chocolate muffins that I found on Pinterest. With oats, nonfat Greek yogurt, and pumpkin at the core, these muffins are both wholesome and delicious!

These muffins are a great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree. I always have some on hand in the fall, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use it in.

I'm not a big fan of pumpkin, but these muffins were surprisingly good! The Greek yogurt and spices really balance out the pumpkin flavor.

I added a few chocolate chips to my muffins and they were delicious! I also think they would be great with a streusel topping.
