I have made this a few times & took it to work. I know why it's called quick but not sure why it's called "coffee cake" Because there is no coffee in it. Even since I have a friend at work who can't boil water to save her life says "I can taste the coffee, is it decaf?" LOL I love her...

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 375F. Lightly grease & flour a 8x8x2 inch pan.
- 2. Sift all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- 3. Mix all the wet ingredients together, then add to the dry & mix well.
- 4. Pour into baking pan & bake for 30 to 35 mins. Serve hot, warm or cold.
