Quick Coffee Cake... image

I have made this a few times & took it to work. I know why it's called quick but not sure why it's called "coffee cake" Because there is no coffee in it. Even since I have a friend at work who can't boil water to save her life says "I can taste the coffee, is it decaf?" LOL I love her...

This coffee cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my family loved it. The streusel topping was especially good.
