Quick & Delicious Pork Chile Verde image

This is a quick version of chile verde, but it doesn't skimp on any of the flavor. I make it with white rice and salad, with warm tortillas on the side. But it's great as a filling for burritos too!!!

I'm not a huge fan of pork, but I really enjoyed this dish. The pork was cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful without being too spicy. I would definitely make this again.
