Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°
- 2. In the bottom of a 13x9 casserole, layer the sauerkraut (squeeze it dry in a tea towel or paper towels), corned beef, dressing and cheese. Top with buttered rye bread cubes. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes (or until warmed all the way through). Let cool slightly to set and it's ready to go.
