QUICK EASY SOFRITO
this is a seasoning mix that all puerto ricans use as a base for most dishes...the original recipe calls for ingredients not found everywhere,so i have modified it.

Steps:
- 1. clean bell peppers by removing seeds,dice roughly,dice onion,remove skin from garlic,rinse cilantro.add all the ingredients to a blender w about 1/4 cup water and puree thoroughly.
