My family often asks me to make this zippy ranch-style dip. The recipe, from a local Mexican restaurant, stirs up a creamy blend that tastes great with crunchy tortilla chips or raw vegetables.

I was a bit hesitant to try this dip because I'm not a big fan of spicy food. But I was pleasantly surprised! The jalapeños were not too spicy and the overall flavor of the dip was really creamy and delicious.
