Steps:
- Layer ingredients in order with onions on the bottom of a non-metallic ovenproof dish. I usually use a deep pie dish. Roll the cream cheese like a pie crust between two sheets of plastic wrap. (If you don't have a rolling pin a wine bottle works well). Lay the cream cheese a top the black beans and layer the rest. Bake till it gets hot, bubbly, and a little brown around the edges. Serve with tortilla chips
