Categories     Bean     Appetizer

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2-1 cup Red onion diced
amount can vary to your taste
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 8 oz block neufchâtel cream cheese
1 jar Robert Rothschild Raspberry Salsa
8 oz(or more)grated pepper jack cheese

Steps:

  • Layer ingredients in order with onions on the bottom of a non-metallic ovenproof dish. I usually use a deep pie dish. Roll the cream cheese like a pie crust between two sheets of plastic wrap. (If you don't have a rolling pin a wine bottle works well). Lay the cream cheese a top the black beans and layer the rest. Bake till it gets hot, bubbly, and a little brown around the edges. Serve with tortilla chips

Not your average salsa! The raspberries add a nice sweetness and the black beans give it a hearty texture. Thumbs up!

Delicious and healthy! I added a bit more cilantro and lime for an extra kick. Perfect for my next taco night.

Loved the unique combination of ingredients! The raspberry-black bean combo is genius. Will try it with grilled fish next time.

Easy to make and bursting with flavor! I substituted canned black beans and it still turned out great. Will definitely be a summer staple at our house.

This salsa was a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The sweetness of the raspberries paired perfectly with the savory black beans, and the cilantro and lime added a refreshing brightness. I followed the recipe exactly and had great results. Wi
