- 1. place ice in blender and pulse a few times to break up. Add yogurt, lemon juice and half of the raspberries and pulse. Add remaining berries, flax, honey or splenda and blend to desired consistency. This is a thick drink. If you wish to dilute more, you can use half yogurt and half milk, which works a bit better if you don't want to have a thicker smoothie.
