My sister has been making these for several years now for Thanksgiving & Christmas. She found the recipe on the internet. If you're not a big fan of sweet potatoes this will change your mind. They are wonderful

Steps:
- Mash potatoes, add salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, melted margarine and eggs.
- Put into a greased casserole. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
