- In 3-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Stir in lentils, broth and water. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until lentils are tender.
