I've made this casserole several times and it's always a hit. It's a great way to use up leftover spinach and it's always a crowd-pleaser.

This casserole was a bit too rich for my taste. I would have preferred a lighter sauce.

I'm not a huge fan of spinach, but this casserole was surprisingly good. The cheese and sauce helped to balance out the flavor of the spinach.

This casserole was good, but not great. I found it to be a bit bland and the texture was a bit too mushy for my taste.
